A day after Koraksic’s caricature of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić was published on the front page of “Danasa”, a threat was sent to the editorial office via Facebook messenger, from the account of a certain Mikica Kljajić, that it is possible that a “bomb or zolja” will hit, so that they will fly apart. The message ended with the words that “they will come home soon”. The case was reported to the Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime. This is not the first time that the editorial office of “Danasa” has faced serious threats, and one of the most terrible, which still has no judicial epilogue, is that it will go down as the editorial office of “Charlie Hebdo”.

After the publication of the cartoon, tabloids close to the government launched an orchestrated campaign against Koraksic, publishing almost identical texts accusing him of calling for the death of the president and calling for terrorism, with a “recommendation” to the prosecution to act. The author himself clearly stated that the message of the cartoon was that “Vučić broke – mentally, not physically”.
