N1 journalist Mladen Savatović was sent threats that arrived at the newsroom’s internet address.

The threats were made in a comment on the portal by a person nicknamed “Srećko”, with insults and an announcement that he would “wait for Savatović in front of the N1 building”. The N1 editorial office reported the case to the Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime. In the message, the person wrote, “J…I’m waiting for you in front of N1 so that when you come out, j…in everything according to the list, PEDER.”

These threats come after Savatović declared that he will sue the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, because Vučić responded to journalists’ questions regarding the “General Staff” case with insults and public discrediting of journalists.
