PRISTINA, 24.06.2021 – The Chairwoman of the Board of the Association of Journalists of Kosovo – AJK, Gentiana Begolli Pustina, yesterday welcomed in a meeting the representatives of the US Embassy in Pristina headed by Eric Brassil – Spokesperson of the US Embassy.
The purpose of this meeting was the continuity of the cooperation between AJK and the US Embassy, in order to protect and promote the freedom of expression, capacity building of the journalists, creating a better environment for journalism and combating injustice against our colleagues.
The Chairwoman Begolli Pustina considered the support of the US Embassy given to AJK and the community that the organization represents as very important, as she also thanked them for the trust given on marking May 3 – International Press Freedom Day.
