Vladimir Otašević, Director of RTV Podgorica, reported to the police that on 7 March, after 10 p.m., while parking his car and heading toward his apartment, he was approached by Dejan Kesner (the brother of Srećko Kesner, whom Otašević had previously written about as one of the organisers of cigarette smuggling in Montenegro). Kesner allegedly told him, “Hi, watch out for cars — be careful around vehicles” before walking away toward his own apartment.

Otašević told the police that similar incidents have been happening to him recently.
