The editor-in-chief of the YouTube channel “Slavija info” Ljubomir Stefanović, after he published a post on his account on the social network X, was taken by police officers to the Voždovac Police Station, where he was detained for up to 48 hours.
Stefanović posted on the social network X, with the question, “Is it true and possible”, a photocopy of the document that allegedly represents the Act on pardoning members of the Vučić family from all potential criminal acts committed up to the date of the disputed decision.
The editor of the YouTube channel “Slavija Info” was released from police custody after the court accepted the appeal filed by his lawyer.
According to Nikola Lakić, Stefanović’s defense attorney, by order of the non-competent prosecution, the police searched the house where Stefanović lives, as well as the building where his sister lives. Their laptops and mobile phones were confiscated. Stefanović was charged with the crime of falsifying a document.
