A criminal complaint has been filed with the Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime against an individual who threatened Miljko Stojanović, a journalist from the local news portal Glas Zaječara, on the Facebook page “Zaječarski blok.” A video was published on the page in which Stojanović was targeted with dangerous falsehoods and extremely offensive and threatening comments, including one that said: “Where is he? He should be caught and quartered in the middle of the town square.”
This is not the first time that Stojanović has been targeted due to his reporting, nor the first time campaigns of pressure and defamation have been organized against him in Zaječar.
