In Novi Sad, while reporting on a protest by supporters of the Serbian Progressive Party, a member of the Gendarmerie ordered Storyteller journalist Brankica Matić to stay put in order to witness the inappropriate behavior of a citizen.

The journalist said she had not seen anything, after which he roughly grabbed her arm and asked for her ID, despite the fact that she was clearly marked and showed her press accreditation several times.
