Photojournalist Marija Čolaković was beaten with telescopic batons by the police and suffered visible injuries on her arms and legs from the blows.

Unformed policemen beat the journalist on her arms and legs without any announcement, even though she was visibly marked as a journalist, was wearing a PRESS vest and had a journalist’s accreditation.

The case of the attack on the journalist will be reported to the public prosecutor’s office.
