During a live broadcast of an event in Novi Sad on September 5, a member of the Gendarmerie pushed Nemanja Šarović, the president of the “Ljubav vera nada” movement, who was reporting for Zrenjan’s KTV, snatched his microphone, threw it and broke it, which can be clearly seen in the videos published on social networks.

During the protest, the police repeatedly claimed that journalists and citizens are not allowed to record police actions.
