On the evening of November 2, 2025, in the area near the National Assembly, during a protest in support of Diana Hrka, a case of illegal treatment of a journalist from the daily newspaper/portal Danas was recorded.

JZO commander Marko Kričak legitimized journalist Vojin Radovanović in Resavska Street, even though Radovanović was wearing a yellow journalist’s vest marked press and emphasized that he was a journalist. He was told: “You filmed the actions of the police, so let’s see.”

Police officers, including Kričak, asked him to show the items from his backpack, and Kricak took a photo of the journalist’s identity card while it was in his hands. To the journalist’s question whether it is a practice for journalists to identify themselves, the answer was that it is not a practice — which makes this case even more serious.
