In the second SLAPP lawsuit, Radar’s journalists Vuk Cvijić and Milan Ćulibrka, as the authors of the text “All heavyweights in one place”, and editor Vesna Mališić were again sued, this time by businessman and former director of Elekromreza Serbia Nikola Petrović for allegedly obtaining and publishing information that plaintiff Petrović paid 200,000 euros to the Vista Rica fund.
