On February 13, the campaign targeting journalists from professional and critical media outlets intensified through the compilation and publication of lists on the social media accounts of the Center for Social Stability, as well as through the announcement of the continuation of the series “Zlo doba,” produced by this organization.

The Center for Social Stability published a list containing 45 names accompanied by the message: “Documentary film Zlo doba – in the upcoming episodes you will watch,” along with the announcement of a special 90-minute episode dedicated to Veran Matić.

The publication of a list of individuals who will be featured in the upcoming episodes represents a new wave of this campaign and further increases pressure on those targeted. Such public labeling further fuels an already tense and dangerous atmosphere of public vilification toward anyone expressing views different from those of the ruling structures. The list of 45 names includes individuals whose safety has previously been at risk, as they have already been targets in cases that remain unresolved. Publicly naming them again constitutes a renewed threat and an additional risk to their security.
