Journalist Dejana Cvetković experienced threats and insults in a special Viber group of citizens that was formed in connection with protests and events in Surdulica, when one person was killed in an accident caused by a person of Albanian nationality.

The journalist’s profile and photos were shared in the controversial Viber group of citizens who exchange and present information and views on events from Surdulica. Among other things, the group called for the journalist’s lynching and threats were sent to her. The group is closed and gathered at least 2500 people.
