The journalist of the weekly Radar, Predrag Simonović, together with his family, received threats.

The latest threats received indicate the continuation of a targeted campaign of intimidation related to his journalistic work and public appearances.

Harassing calls were made to Simonović’s phone numbers, to members of his family, including a minor child, shortly after midnight on the night between February 14 and 15. According to the report, the content posted on that occasion was bizarre, vulgar and extremely disturbing, with elements of sexually explicit harassment.

Such actions represent a serious attack on privacy, security and dignity, as well as an attempt to intimidate journalists through their relatives. The journalist, otherwise a former policeman, reported these threats directly to the competent public prosecutor’s office.
