PODGORICA, 15.01.2026. – During the blockade of a roundabout in Podgorica, organized by residents of Botun as a protest against the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, citizen Bojan Terzić prevented a journalist from the ETV Portal from filming the event.

As reported by the E TV portal, he covered the camera of her phone with his hand and told her, “Come on, buddy, let’s get out of here. Don’t film.”

The incident occurred when a citizen attempted to pass through the blockade, claiming that his wife, who was in another neighborhood of Podgorica, was pregnant and experiencing pain. The gathered protesters did not allow him to pass. Subsequently, a person who had been sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle in which the leader of the Democratic People’s Party, Milan Knežević, was present exited the car and engaged in a verbal confrontation with the citizen.

The ETV Portal journalist attempted to record these events on her phone, but was prevented from doing so by Terzić.

Terzić is known to the police and was arrested in September after threatening and insulting the Mayor of Podgorica, Saša Mujović, via the social media platform Instagram over the construction of the wastewater collector. At that time, a criminal complaint was filed against him on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of endangering security.
