The editor of the Pravo u centar portal, Mariji Popović, was the target of threats, insults and misogynistic harassment after she reported from the meeting of the Serbian Progressive Party in Lazarevac.

After the journalist’s video was published on the media’s Instagram page, a wave of disturbing, insulting and misogynistic comments against the journalist, her sons and family followed. A direct threat was also sent: “right in the center of the bu*e and you should go to use the little dro*etino”. The threat was reported to the competent public prosecutor’s office.
