The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has submitted an indictment proposal to the Basic Court against the defendant M.N. for the criminal offense of endangering safety.
He is suspected of committing this criminal offense on May 26 against E Television journalist Itana Kaluđerović by making “threats to her life and body.”
On June 24, the Police Directorate announced that they had arrested Miodrag Novaković (44) from Kolašin.
As they explained at the time, he is suspected of, as the creator and user of a Facebook account, sending a journalist a comment of threatening content.
