The journalist from Bor, Igor Velić, was threatened on the social network Facebook.

On the “Borski Blok” page, under the animated video content in which Igor Velić is targeted and discredited, comments containing explicit calls for violence were published. From the profile under the name “Ika Mijatov” a threat was sent with the words: “liquidate, why not? no harm”, while from the profile “Radjen Milan” a comment was published: “He should be lynched… who should be afraid of him… those Piculici are such traitors”, along with a series of insults and humiliating qualifications.

In the published video content, without any evidence, Velić is attributed with manipulative behavior and alleged intentions to threaten the stability of Serbia, while through animated displays and montages it is suggested that he is in prison, carries a knife and is prone to alcohol.

The threats were reported to the competent public prosecution for VTK.
