Dino Durmić, journalist of the Television of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FTV) – technical center in Tuzla, on 03.06.2025. has reported, within his regular activities, on an international police action of SIPA in the area of Živinice and Banovići, and, on the basis of the information he received officially and through his sources, as one of the suspects in the said action on organized crime, unauthorized traffic of illegal substances and elite prostitution, he mentioned Melisa Butković from Živinice, owner of flower shop “Seka”. The journalist took photos of the shop and photo of the owner from his colleagues and from her public FB profile. The report has been published, among other media, in the central news program on FTV, on 03.06.2025.
After Melisa Butković was released from custody, on 04.06.2025. she published on her and shop’s FB accounts, as well as on the journalist’s private FB account, a set of offenses and threats, mentioning lawsuits, his child, and similar. While her followers wrote that he has a head for shooting, that he should be beaten, kicked, etc.
The florist shop, the photo and the news were published by majority of media in BiH, since it was about an international police action.
