Journalist Miralem Merdzic received a fine on 13 January stating that he had violated public order pursuant to Article 3, Item 1, point 3 outlining that “The accused violated public order and peace in public by taking unauthorized photos of Coric Fikret from Jelah and his restaurant bar “Arena”.
