Marko Divkovic, a journalist from Tuzla was threatened during the public rally in front the Government building in Tuzla, by the police officer threatening Marko that he would arrest him unless he moved from the “legally marked spaced for protests”. Consequently Mr. Divkovic was forced to make video recordings from “more appropriate” spot under open sky and rain where he could not have covered his recording equipment.
