On January 13, journalist Drazen Zivkovic was detained because he published that there was an explosion at the official state-owned residential villa Gorica in Podgorica. Police later denied this, stating that there was no explosion, but some failure in electrical installations. Montenegrin police and the prosecution claim that Zivkovic, who was released after the hearing, caused panic and disorder with that article. Portal Borba, whose editor is he, immediately conveyed the police denial of the controversial news.
