On Wednesday, Sami Kurteshi, a member of the political party Vetëvendosje, in the Central Election Commission, was involved in another violent assault against the media and journalists.
In reaction to the selection of Mrs. Luljeta Aliu as a member of the Independent Media Commission, Mr. Kurteshi accused the media and journalists of being part of “political-economic organized crime operating under the name of PLANS”.
Mr. Kurteshi wrote that in an extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable language: “AJK is an inseparable part of their dirty crime machines!”. He also accused civil society activists of their reactions, referring to them as local “experts” and “parasites of PLANS.”
