Vaxhid Rexhepaj, Chief of Cabinet of the Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rrahimaj, has used inappropriate language toward the journalist of Television 7, Çlirimtar Morina.
When Rexhepaj was asked about a photo montage that was put on the wall of Rrahimaj’s office, and it has gone viral, instead of answering he chose to attack the media.
In the video published by T7, Rexhepaj is heard saying that “we will send the painting to your owners, such as Aleksandar Vuciqi”.
The Association of Journalists of Kosovo considers such language unacceptable and threatening, and that it is not an isolated case against journalists who report the activities of state officials in the field.
