On June 18, 2021, the editor of the RTCG Parliamentary Channel and the Zumiranje show, Slavica Kruscic Vasovic, filed a complaint with the Podgorica Security Center stating that one person was sending her offensive messages and photos and videos of explicit content via the social network.
The competent prosecutor stated that there is no element of a criminal offense whose prosecution is undertaken ex officio.
According to the Police Administration, MM was deprived of liberty. for a violation of Article 7 of the Law on Public Order and Peace (gross insult, especially insolent, shameless and offensive behavior).
