The Steering Committee of the BH Journalists Association expressed deep concern about the decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, more specifically the Decision on Execution, according to which more than 212,000 BAM were seized from the account of the company “Avaz-roto press” in order to collect the court penalties and the costs of the enforcement procedure, after judgment on defamation claim dating back to 2009.
