Krešimir Krsnik, Damir Škaro’s lawyer, filed a criminal complaint against Škaro’s former associate and victim for disclosing the secret, and against the journalist and editor of the tv show “Provjereno” on Nova TV, for encouraging the disclosure of the secret. At the beginning of September, Krsnik also tried to prevent the broadcast of the “Provjereno”, in which was witnessed by a woman who reported the rape of Škaro. Škaro is a former Member of Croatian Parliament and a former leader of the Siget Autoclub, arrested in September after being reported that he was rape an employee of that auto club in August.
