On February 25, 2017, journalist of daily Vijesti, Maja Boricic, filed a complaint against unknown person who sent her SMS messages and calls with disturbing content from an unknown number. Podgorica Basic State Prosecutor claimed that this case had no elements of criminal offense which is prosecuted ex-officio. During the investigation, the perpetrator was identified and it was found that person has been suffering from a mental illness.
