Šemsudin Radončić reported two people to the Podgorica Security Center, including a police officer, because of comments on social networks that caused him to feel threatened.
The state prosecutor stated that there are no elements of a criminal offense in this case.
The police officers filed a request for misdemeanor proceedings against D.D. due to a violation of Article 19 of the Law on Public Order and Peace. It is not known what measures were taken regarding the police officer’s report.
