The journalists of the “Antena M” portal received threats via the social network Facebook from a certain R. K. from Niksic.
The case was reported to the police, who identified R.K, collected information from him on the stated circumstances and informed the competent prosecutor in Niksic about the contents of the file. Evaluating the case file, the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Niksic determined that there was no basis in the reported actions for undertaking criminal prosecution against any person ex officio.
