Through a message on WhatsApp, journalists covering court cases were announced today about a new decision by the Court of Tirana, which required journalists who want to receive information, to submit along with the questions the employment contract, as well as a copy of the extract of the media where they work.
After the reactions of the journalists, also on the social network WhatsApp, the media coordinator in the Court of Tirana announced that journalists, in order to receive information through the Request for Information procedure, must follow the instructions set out in the law “On the Right to Information”.
