Marcello Rosanda, a journalist of Glas Istra, received insults and death threats because of an article published in that daily newspaper, on the portal and Facebook page of Glas Istra under the title “A Pula restaurateur has developed a business that has all the elements of quackery. He gives advice to seriously ill patients”.
After the publication of the article on the Facebook page of Glas Istra, there were threats and insults in the comments, such as: “Terminal journalist, I hope”, “Dnovinar!”, “Shame on you, satanic journalist!”, “Suck the world’s di*k”, “stupid journalist”, “Dnovinar, fu*k your stupid, disgusting picture”, “journalist trash” and similar insults.
Because of the published article signed by Rosanda, during yesterday’s day and night, he received a large number of threatening and insulting messages via e-mail and via social networks, such as: “What a bitch, let’s meet and show you how my mother got cured, damn it.” and “Superjournalist, I hope you’re dying of cancer”.
